MODERNIZED 800 & 1200 CALORIE HCG DIET PROTOCOLS

Hcg diet have been the most controversial weight loss plan and we know the reason why. Thousand of people had been affected by it that their lives were totally changed. From insecure overweight to a healthy, fully confident individual. They owe it all to this diet plan that was made famous by Dr. Simeons.

First of, let's address every negative feedback from people slamming hcg diet as effective weight loss plan. We address them with appropriate solutions of course.

1. Dangerous too low 500 calorie plan - in the modernized version, you may start with 800 or 1200 calories. The extra 300 or so calories is for protein alone. Meaning, instead of eating 3.25 oz of pork, beef, fish, etc., you may have 5 oz protein. You have enough protein for your healthy muscles. Relative to what I mentioned earlier, the protein helps with the fat burn. Since you have enough of it, you help your body melt those fats away and every weight loss is at the expense of the stored fats and not the muscle. Sounds better right?

2. Taking hormones from a pregnant woman's urine that gives the hormonal imbalance effect - if hormone is your problem that mess with your own hormone, then let's take it out of the equation; you get a hormone-free formula!
