Healthy Chicken Soup For Weight Loss

Chicken soup for the soul....and weight loss too. I got this hcg diet friendly recipe here
  • 2 cups homemade chicken broth (may
  • substitute 1 cup water for 1 cup broth)
  • 5 oz chicken breast cut up into cubes
  • 1-2 cups diced celery or tomatoes
  • 1/2 t. poultry spice blend
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cloves garlic diced
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Directions:

Boil the chicken broth in a saucepan with the garlic, onion, and pepper. Mix in the chicken and celery. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes or more until chicken is fully cooked and the celery is tender
