- 2 cups homemade chicken broth (may
- substitute 1 cup water for 1 cup broth)
- 5 oz chicken breast cut up into cubes
- 1-2 cups diced celery or tomatoes
- 1/2 t. poultry spice blend
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cloves garlic diced
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
